You'll provide exceptional customer service and play a pivotal role in our music community. Key Responsibilities: Consistently exceed personal sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to engage customers. Build connections by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Develop strong customer relationships with compelling sales presentations. Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor. Encourage and foster customer loyalty. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
