As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your contributions will help us provide exceptional Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards while also driving sales. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in generating sales Sign waving and promoting store offers Maintaining store cleanliness and organization Merchandising products effectively Pricing and signing products accurately Operating the POS system Implementing loss prevention strategies The position has a minimum age requirement of 16. Please consider that this role involves physical activity such as climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
