Job Description: Life Investment Advisor
Department: Sales & Member Engagement Reports To: Managing Partner Location: Assigned Vista Springs Community
Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for prospective community members and families. Conduct needs-based assessments to understand medical, social, emotional, and lifestyle preferences. Present personalized recommendations using our Value-Driven Investment Models. Develop and nurture relationships built on trust, education, and follow-through. Coordinate Personal Visits and Privat Tours which are personalized on-site experiences that align with each prospect's interests. Collaborate with clinical and lifestyle teams to tailor move-in plans and ensure smooth transitions. Log activity and performance outcomes in HubSpot CRM, ensuring visibility and accountability. Maintain expert-level understanding of all floor plans, care models, programming, and differentiators. Follow up persistently and respectfully to build long-term rapport and decision confidence.
