Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly approach. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. Lead and mentor colleagues within your department. Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Ensure the store is well-stocked and maintain its cleanliness. Be flexible and willing to cross-train in various areas. Perform additional tasks as required to support the team. Qualifications Needed: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in a retail environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional demeanor with strong work ethics. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance. Comfortable with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Compensation Information: Our competitive pay ranges from $14.00 to $19.14 per hour, with potential variable compensation ranging from $1,000 to $4,000 annually.
