In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with an extensive portfolio of 2,000 business clients, while also paving the way to build new relationships through leads and referrals. Your journey with us will not only enhance your sales skills but also provide significant leadership development opportunities. As you progress, you'll be tasked with training new team members and even moving towards an Agency Director position. Compensation: Weekly pay and the potential to earn between $70,000-$85,000 in your first year. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with our existing clients. Uncover and develop new B2B opportunities to expand our reach. Oversee team performance and provide support to achieve collective goals. Train and mentor new team members on our systems and processes. Utilize a Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity. Assist in recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills within the team. Qualifications & Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Track record of meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Customer service or sales experience is highly desirable. Self-motivated and driven by goals. A strong passion for building relationships and engaging with the community. Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is a plus. Requirements: Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. Must pass a clean background check and have reliable transportation. There will be a 45-day evaluation period before advancement opportunities.
