The Company performs on-site health services for customers across the U.S. and in a broad range of industries.The Company is looking to recruit a Sales Associate to join the Company as a means for capitalizing on its strong reputation as a leader in its core markets and to drive its growth with new clients.Location: Southeast region (Charlotte, Atlanta, Jacksonville). Travel Required.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate is responsible for marketing and selling USMHE's services to corporate, municipal and government clients throughout the Southeast.In this "roll up your sleeves" role with a lean team, the Sales Associate will play a key role in driving new client acquisition and revenue and will have significant latitude in determining the best and most productive avenues for successfully winning new accounts.The Sales Associate will interact effectively with other employes of the Company and represent a key liaison with the Company's clients. Critical outcomes will include driving new client business in key geographic markets and adopting a culture of accountability and drive, while also providing insights on how the Company can best achieve its growth goals.Responsibilities1. Identify, solicit, negotiate, and close on new business through various efforts (outside sales calls, telemarketing, referrals, tradeshows, sales missions, internet prospecting, email marketing campaigns, etc.)2. Prompt delivery of quotes and timely/competent follow-up on leads and referrals to maximize revenue to meet and/or exceed individual and team sales and revenue goals3. Successfully close profitable business and achieve revenue targets4. Recommend alternative options & solutions to improve sales efforts and success5. Deliver best-in-class customer experience by coordinating with colleagues to ensure superior service is delivered6. Increase account revenue and/or profit contribution by promoting ancillary spend and growth opportunities7. Maintain accurate, legible records and files consistent with the Company's software and systems8. Create and distribute effective internal and external marketing communications (written and verbal)9. Prepare and maintain sales related reportsExperience1. High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors preferred2. 5 years' experience in saleso Ideally experience within the industrial health and safety industry and familiarity with OSHA, DOT, HIPPA, etc. terminology and activities and/or other re-occurring corporate products or services (e.g. uniforms, safety/first-aid supplies, corporate medical services, etc.)3. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with CRM tools4. Experience having sold both large ($25,000+) and small ($1,000 - $10,000) accounts / projects5. Experience with national account sales6. Experience with social media marketing strategiesSkills1. Ability to collaborate and work with all levels of management2.
