What does a typical day look like? Understanding and addressing customers' unique needs by recommending tailored ACE products and services. Communicating effectively with customers to empathize with their challenges and build trust. Delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships. Handling various services, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, depending on the store. Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. We are looking for Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently and take accountability for store performance. Key attributes include the ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers to provide outstanding service. Understanding the diverse financial products and services we offer is crucial. Retail experience of two years or more is preferred, and proficiency in Spanish is an asset in many markets. Travel: Travel will primarily be local but may include visits to multiple stores in a day when necessary. Physical Demands: The essential functions of this job require that the employee stand for extended periods, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, and engage in verbal communication and active listening. The ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges is necessary, and occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 lbs might be required. Employees may need to work in confined spaces for 10-12 hours depending on state labor laws.
