Salary: $50,000 annually + Commission

The Role: This is a truly unique opportunity for a driven and independent professional. This position goes beyond traditional sales and is designed for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and growth of our companies. You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the owner in a variety of capacities. This is a very independent role, and success will be a direct result of your initiative and dedication.
Key Sales Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales consultations for roofing and remodeling projects for both companies.
Manage and attend pre-set appointments with potential clients.
Proactively set new appointments by making calls from provided customer lists.
Engage in door-to-door sales in neighborhoods where we have a strong reputation.
Follow up on appointments from other sales team members to help close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Clearly and effectively communicate project details, pricing, and timelines to customers.
Operational Responsibilities:
Manage property responsibilities, including rent collection, coordinating maintenance requests, and conducting property showings.
Organize and set up sales speaking events to generate new business.
Conduct quality checks at job sites to ensure our high standards are met.
Make phone calls to customers, vendors, and other contacts on behalf of the owner.
Run various errands for the owner as needed.
Organize travel events, both personal and business, for the owner.
Required Experience & Skills:
Hands-on construction experience is a must. You must have a strong understanding of building processes and materials, particularly in roofing and remodeling.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
A reliable vehicle is required for travel to appointments and job sites.
Be highly organized and able to work with a sense of urgency.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Possess a high degree of creativity and problem-solving skills.
Well-versed in technology, including Facebook, Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook calendars.
