The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional Guest Services as per our Company Standards. You will support the Store Management Team by: Driving sales through customer engagement Maintaining a clean and organized store environment Handling merchandising, signage, and pricing Operating the POS system efficiently Implementing loss prevention strategies in alignment with Company policies To succeed in this role, candidates must be at least 17 years old and be prepared to meet the physical demands of the job, which may include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
