What You’ll Do

Convert studio guests into members through consultative sales

Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first hello to the follow-up

Drive revenue by hitting personal and studio sales goals

Support client retention through consistent communication & relationship building

Help maintain a positive, professional, and motivating studio culture

✅ What We’re Looking For

1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (fitness, wellness, or retail sales a plus)

Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Positive energy, outgoing personality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
