Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our growing team. Job Duties Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
Create a pampering experience for our customers
Answer phones and book appointment
Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Positive, energetic attitude
Requirements Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
Desire to be in a sales position
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
Professional appearance & demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Benefits We offer $18/hour plus commissions – Top performers earn $18-$25/hour
Ability to have a raise after first 90 days and quarterly based on performance
