The Sales Associate at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products and selling memberships. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Maintains key performance indicators, such as membership sales, set Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions. Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and promotions to guests. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Assist in promoting membership options, retail products, and additional services. Support the overall team in reaching sales and operational goals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or business is a plus! Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently. Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications. A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
