At Orangetheory Fitness, we believe in the power of community, connection, and movement. We're looking for friendly, motivated Sales Associates to be the face of our Franklin studiowelcoming new faces, supporting current members, and helping people feel excited about their fitness journey.

What Youll Do:


As a Sales Associate, youll play a key role in making every visitor and member feel at home in the studio. Youll share the Orangetheory experience, answer questions, and help people take the first step toward reaching their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and Support: Greet guests, build rapport, and create a positive first impression.

  • Guide New Members: Explain the Orangetheory workout, provide studio tours, and answer questions with confidence and enthusiasm.

  • Member Engagement: Get to know our members, encourage consistency, and celebrate their milestones.

  • Handle Daily Tasks: Assist with front desk duties, studio cleanliness, scheduling, and administrative support.

  • Support Sales Efforts: Assist with follow-ups, input leads into the system, and help prospective members understand the benefits of joining.


What Were Looking For:


  • Positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for helping others

  • Strong people skills and a welcoming personality

  • Customer service or front desk experience preferred

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and responding to inquiries

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

  • Interest in fitness and a willingness to learn more about the Orangetheory experience
