About the Role We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to help grow the Rumble Boxing community.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the community, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to make connections.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Rumble—driving membership growth, creating partnerships, and representing the studio with pride.

This position works on premise. ---Key Responsibilities:

Lead Follow-Up: Engage prospective members through timely phone calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into trial participants and members.

Cold Calling & Outreach:

Proactively call and visit local businesses to introduce Rumble and explore partnership opportunities.

Community Relationships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with; Apartment community managers, Health and wellness coordinators at local businesses.

Store managers in nearby business parks Studio Representation:

Represent Rumble at local business association meetings, apartment tenant gatherings, and other community events.

Sales Support:

Assist with in-studio sales events, promotions, and special campaigns to drive membership.

Brand Ambassador:

Live and breathe the Rumble brand, ensuring every interaction reflects the energy and inclusivity of the studio. ---Qualifications Previous sales, business development, or community outreach experience preferred (fitness industry experience a plus).Comfortable with cold calling and networking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—friendly, approachable, and persuasive. Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
