What You’ll Do
Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates – Conduct on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software.
Sell & Book Jobs – Present estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale.
Maintain Profitability – Sell jobs at or above the company’s target gross profit to meet profitability goals.
Cultivate Referral Partners – Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales faster.
Manage Communication – Handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.
Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For
Location: Must live in or around Douglas County, CO.
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Travel to job sites is required.
Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to address concerns and find win-win solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills – Build trust quickly with customers and referral partners.
Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience – Home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management background.
Independent, reliable, and able to manage your time with minimal oversight.
