Job Summary We are seeking a happy, highly motivated and customer-oriented Market Associate to join our team. As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. If you have a passion for technology, sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers Conduct product demos to showcase the capabilities of our Artisan products Load vehicle with product and equipment to set up at farmers market( if you have a vehicle suited to load up, it will be conpensated) Unload vehicle at the end of day Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register/Square app on phone Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the market area Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Bilingual proficiency is a plus Strong communication skills with excellent artisan food knowledge Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Intuitive with technology using Square app is desirable Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Our work environment includes: Work attire Safe work environment On-the-job training Growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $ $17.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Application Question(s): Why are you interested in joining our team?
