The SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution eliminates traditional barriers to ultrasound proficiency by offering the most effective platform for learning and teaching ultrasonography. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Associate to support sales growth, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to overall business development. This role is a professional launchpad designed to evolve into a SonoSim Client Advisor role, reflecting our commitment to continuous development, increased client engagement, and strategic sales leadership. Candidates should reside within 30 minutes of one of the following metro locations :
Los Angeles, CA Orange County, CA Phoenix, AZ Denver, CO Salt Lake City, UT Roles & Responsibilities Sales Support & Lead Generation  Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales goals through inbound and outbound business development activities (e.g., cold calls, outreach campaigns, sales presentations). Execute assigned KPIs related to opportunity creation and pipeline expansion.
Product Mastery & Market Insight  Develop deep knowledge of the SonoSim product suite and effectively communicate its value across clinical and educational segments. Maintain awareness of ultrasound market trends and apply insights to client engagements.
Client Engagement Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective and existing clients. Provide interim territory support as needed and participate in promotional events and site visits. Strengthen relationships to increase product adoption and client retention.
Operational Support Organize sales data, schedule meetings, compile sales agreements, and create client proposals and presentations. Document all client interactions and activities in Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience , preferably in healthcare or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas within sales cycles ranging from three to 12 months. Proven ability to independently prospect and generate leads . Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to deliver value-based sales messaging aligned with client outcomes in medical education. Quick learner with aptitude for mastering new product features and continuously expanding clinical knowledge. Desired Characteristics Bachelor's degree in business, Biology, Physiology, or a related field. GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred. Willingness to travel ( 30 to 50% ) for demos, tradeshows, and client visits. Ability to convey complex product information clearly to medical professionals.
