In this role, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on our innovative products. Your mission is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while consistently achieving sales goals. As a Sales Associate, you will take part in a variety of responsibilities, including: Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Assisting customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Building trusting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Accurately processing sales transactions according to company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as required. Keeping the store equipment clean and in good working condition. Remaining informed about product offerings and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control processes and suggesting improvements to drive sales. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without a need for sponsorship. Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Possessing a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to physically lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service environment. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment. The selected candidate will be expected to work at stores located within a 30-mile radius of store #725100 at 929 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451 and store #703480 at 1243 Centre Street, Newton Center, MA 02459.
