Your Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers with friendly greetings and provide expert assistance with our product offerings. Resolve customer inquiries proactively and efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment. Assist customers with their shopping needs across multiple channels to ensure a positive experience. Execute point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in replenishing stock and merchandise as required. Inform customers about ongoing promotions and our brand loyalty program. Help minimize store loss by maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. Desired Candidate Qualities: Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset. Strong customer service skills and engagement abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods, including climbing ladders. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
