Your Responsibilities: Provide a warm, positive, and inviting environment for customers Utilize basic selling skills to engage with customers and offer solutions Handle returns and facilitate online pickups with ease Multitask effectively on cashier duties, sales, and merchandising Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store What We're Looking For: A flexible schedule based on store needs Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and understanding their needs Strong collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment Ability to manage conflict in a calm and cooperative manner Integrity and honesty when dealing with customer and business information Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, as well as climb ladders and stand/walk continuously Preferred (but not required): Previous customer service or cashier experience in a retail setting At Staples, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
