Salary Range: $50,000-55,000 with the opportunity to earn commission
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven inside sales representative with a strong emphasis on cold calling. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and setting qualified appointments or closing sales. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, resilient in the face of rejection, and able to quickly connect with prospects to spark interest in our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with sales, marketing, and content teams to stay current on product offerings. Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers. Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and generate interest in our offerings. Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand their needs and present solutions. Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for the sales team. Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales activity targets. Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies. Continuously build product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a cold-calling role (B2B or B2C). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong resilience and persistence when facing rejection. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics. Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone. Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace tools. Highly organized and able to manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with high-volume outbound calling. Background in SaaS Ability to adapt scripts to different buyer personas. Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
