What You’ll Do: Welcome customers with a friendly greeting while assisting them with our product offerings. Proactively resolve any customer issues and manage multiple customers in a dynamic retail environment. Support customers' needs through omnichannel services for a positive shopping experience. Efficiently execute point-of-sale transactions. Assist with floor replenishment and shipment duties as needed. Communicate ongoing promotions and brand loyalty programs, including credit options, to customers. Help minimize store loss by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Desired Qualities: A positive, solution-oriented attitude. Proven customer service skills with a focus on engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask effectively. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
