Description
The Sales Associate will be responsible for running all front of house studio sales and operations with a strong focus on premium customer service and meeting sales expectations. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing, sales and customer service skills. They are also responsible for meeting and exceeding all Key Performance Indicators for the fitness studio that include but are not limited to leads, intros, membership sales, retail sales in order to retain the position held.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
  • This is a full time position with a minimum of 32 hours available weekly
  • Greeting everyone who enters the studio from the feet with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
  • Presenting the Orangetheory concept with assumptive language to all interested prospects
  • Responsible for learning and retaining the 30 Second Pitch & Telephone Inquiry Script
  • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
  • Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of a resolution
  • Perform Studio Tours for Guests following brand guidelines established by Global Fitness Enterprises
  • Selling memberships to assist in studio growth (please see guidelines below)
  • Participation in a minimum of 2 workouts weekly
  • Ensures all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
  • Exceeds the Daily Production Model of 40 Outbound Contacts, 10 Self Generated Leads, 4 Appointments and 2 Sales on consistent basis
  • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Orangetheory training programs

Hours and Expectations
  • Part Time Sales Associates must be available for a minimum of 20 hours weekly and must maintain 15 Sales per month
  • Full Time Sales Associates must be available for a minimum of 32 hours weekly and must maintain 20 Sales per month
  • Final 2 Days of each month along with 1 Call Party one week prior to the EOM
    • Minimum of 4 Hours for final two days of each month
Time Off
  • Time off is available 90 days post hire and must be submitted 60 days prior to the date of requested time off
    • Any time off that falls under 60 days is the responsibility of the Sales Associate to find coverage
