You will bring an authentic, fun and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Help new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs. Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer's lifestyle and preferences. Pay Range: 16.50 - 19.04 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
