What You Bring to the Table:

Self-starter attitude with a strong drive to succeed Willingness to learn and grow through training Valid driver's license Ability to use a computer, phone, and tablet Interest in learning about tree care services and safety (training provided) Previous sales experience preferred. Experience in field-based or face-to-face sales is a plus.

Your Climb, Your Day: Visit customer properties in person and talk with them about their tree care needs Walk around the property, check tree conditions, and recommend the right services Create and explain pricing proposals clearly and professionally Follow up with customers who don't make a decision right away Work mostly with residential customers, with occasional commercial jobs Meet with our crews to go over details on more complex jobs Take part in ongoing sales training to improve your knowledge and skills WHY WE EXIST:
