Sales Associate Education: High School Diploma (minimum) Skills: B2B Sales, Customer Service, Call Center Job Summary: The Sales Associate provides consultative support to customers, helping them choose the right musical products and services. This role involves managing inbound/outbound calls, meeting sales goals, and delivering exceptional service to educators, parents, and professionals. Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed sales and call performance metrics Identify customer needs and recommend solutions Handle objections and manage quotes/bids Maintain accurate CRM documentation Navigate multiple systems to resolve issues Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
