Insight Global is seeking a personable and proactive Member Concierge to join their clients' newest storefront in the Chestnut Hill, MA area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and wants to be part of a fast-growing mobility brand. Youll be the go-to resource for walk-in visitors and scheduled vehicle handoffs, ensuring every member has a smooth and positive experience.
What Youll Do:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors, guiding them through company offerings and helping them understand how the service works.
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup or return. Perform quick inspections and prep as needed.
Help members with everything from placing orders to resolving issuesalways with a focus on creating a seamless experience.
Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory, appointment scheduling, and vehicle readiness.
Navigate internal systems to update member accounts, track vehicle status, and communicate effectively with other teams.
Relay customer feedback and common questions to internal teams to help improve service and product offerings.
As part of a small team, youll take on additional tasks to support the stores success.

Skills and Requirements
*12 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitalitybonus points for fast-paced environments or automotive experience
*Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
*Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.
*Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
*Detail-oriented and organized, especially when it comes to vehicle inspections and member requests.
*Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*Team player attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. *Automotive industry experience null
