Key responsibilities include: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs. Completing all required training programs to drive effective store results. Participating in Loss Prevention education and enforcing operational compliance. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk. Managing the organization and presentation of merchandise as per PUMA standards. Maintaining the store's physical condition and reporting maintenance needs promptly. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment. Being flexible with work hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Your Talent The ideal candidate will have: One to two years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals, with experience in commission-based roles being an advantage. Strong communication skills, with the ability to address complex issues effectively. Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods, as well as safely lift and maneuver products weighing up to 30 pounds. Basic math and computer skills for transaction processing and stock management.
