You'll assist the manager with daily operations and receive cross-training in various store areas, giving you valuable experience for advancement opportunities within our parent company, EG America, which operates nearly 1,700 locations across the country. Your Responsibilities: Greeting guests with a warm smile, creating a welcoming environment. Efficiently operating the cash register. Adaptability to the fast-paced environment—no two days are the same! Brewing coffee, stocking shelves, coolers, and freezers. Requirements: Minimum Education: N/A Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED Minimum Experience: N/A Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or guest service Preferred Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus Soft Skills: Comfortable engaging with guests and team members High energy and positivity Able to quickly switch tasks as needed Team-oriented with a willingness to support others Basic computer skills are advantageous Scheduling: This position is available as part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours) with a varied schedule, including day and night shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Travel: Up to 5%. There may be occasional requests to work in nearby locations. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds. You should be able to stand or walk for 8 hours a day and perform tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, squatting, twisting, grasping, and working in cooler temperatures.
