We are looking for Cash Register attendants to join our team in a counter service restaurant. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of orders. You should be able to handle fast-paced work environments and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities : Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service. Take customer orders and enter them into the cash register. Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit and debit card transactions, and provide accurate change. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure all orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized front of house area including the dining and service areas. Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed, such as putting together customer orders. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, such as food hygiene and cleanliness. Assist with cleaning duties as assigned, such as bussing tables, dishes and taking out trash.

Skills: Proven experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately. Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with kitchen staff. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work efficiently and stay calm in a high-pressured environment. High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
