We strive to give each customer the product that meets their needs at a price that fits their budget.* No quotas or high-pressure sales. Earn $21 an hour, with opportunities to be regularly reviewed for pay increases!* No previous cannabis industry experience is required!* Work a regular schedule that includes 3 ½ days off every week! Work three open-to-close shifts (not consecutive days) a week, plus a half-day to reach 40 hours. One of your shifts must be on a Saturday or Sunday. (We do not hire part-time.)* Earn up to 72 hours a year of Paid Time Off plus 6 paid holidays.* Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance after probationary period.* We only promote from within.
