Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll simplify the customer experience by delivering outstanding service. Key duties include: Educating customers about products and services Actively listening to customer needs Ensuring store security and a safe environment Processing card services Managing MoneyGram transactions Completing bill pay transactions Cash handling, including check cashing Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, sit, use hands to handle and manipulate items, reach, bend, and communicate effectively. You must have good vision to perform close work and distance tasks, and the capability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. You should also be able to work 10-12 hours in a confined workspace.
