You will handle 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Successfully promote and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers. Evaluate each customer's needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver the best value. Show resilience and maintain your focus on broader goals when faced with challenging calls.
