About Us Were a U.S.-based beauty and wellness brand experiencing rapid growth. To keep up with demand, were looking for high-energy Sales Call Specialists from the Philippines to join our expanding remote sales team.

The Opportunity

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where youll be speaking with warm prospects (no cold calls). Well provide the leads, the scripts, and the coaching you bring the energy, discipline, and hunger to close deals.

Your Responsibilities Make 200+ outbound calls per shift to qualified contacts provided by the company.

Engage prospects with professionalism and confidence while following the sales playbook.

Convert leads into sales or confirmed appointments.

Keep accurate notes and updates in our CRM system.

Hit and exceed weekly performance benchmarks for sales and conversions.

Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to sharpen your skills. Requirements Prior experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or customer retention .

Ability to manage high call volumes without losing quality.

Excellent English skills both spoken and written.

Target-driven, persuasive, and highly competitive.

Stable internet, headset, and computer for remote work.

Willing to work U.S. hours (night shift, PH time) , 6 days a week. What We Offer 35,000/month base salary (approx. $600).

Uncapped commissions average performers earn $6,000+ monthly.
