Understanding clients’ needs and providing professional skincare counseling. Being familiar with products and services and making recommendations based on client needs (training provided). Building rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals. Handling customer feedback. Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned. You should have: Minimum GCE Ordinary Level or equivalent. Strong aptitude in promotional techniques—without hard selling. Result-driven and service-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle a service and sales-oriented environment. Confidence and proactivity in a fast-paced environment. Beauty/spa certification is an advantage. Effective communication skills for client queries and concerns. Previous airline crew experience is welcome.
