A day in the life. You will liaise between clients and surety companies through day to day account management and surety representation for surety/bonds clients. You will perform bond underwriting, including financial analysis, contract review and bond preparation, and support new business leads with an evolution to an independent sales production role. Attending relevant continuing education seminars and training will be part of developing your surety/bond knowledge. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Finance or Accounting 0 - 2+ years of successful business to business sales experience Ability to learn, understand and champion sales process/campaigns, and value proposition In office presence required Property & Casualty licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
