What We Offer: Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 + Bonuses Uncapped earning potential Earning potential of $75K to $150K annually

Full Time: 40 hrs./5 day work week (Monday - Saturday)  Must be able to work retail hours which include a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities: Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s flooring & design needs Build client relationships & consistently follow up with new/existing clients Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services available Schedule appointments to visit customer’s homes or workplace to provide product & design advice Provide flooring sample suggestions, create client proposals/estimates, review space measurements, calculate number of materials needed for projects & perform quality control throughout project Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current & clean

Desired Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Outside Sales, or similar role A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED) Must be able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED) Basic computer, social media & math skills a must Proper phone etiquette a must A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability Strong personal & professional judgment Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority Ability to achieve sales goals effectively Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Advanced time management skills & detail oriented Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus  (Willing to train) Knowledge of flooring industry a plus  (Willing to train) Knowledge of RFMS a plus   (Willing to train)
