What You Will Be Doing
As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders to learn, share ideas, serve customers, and resolve issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in a fun, authentic way.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to meet customer needs.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
Compensation and Benefits
We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base pay with uncapped commissions. The package includes:

Additional details: paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. A comprehensive benefit list can be viewed here; benefits are subject to plan terms. Paid time off accrues during employment, with minimum sick leave as required by state law where applicable.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
At least 18 years of age
Experience communicating with customers to find solutions
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical and Training Requirements
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date. Training may include overnight travel. Online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
