Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant (inside & outside) to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment and is driven to exceed sales targets. This position offers a base salary plus commission, providing substantial earning potential for results-driven professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ($55,000-$60,000 depending on experience) with an uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed established sales goals
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Tesseon's products and services
  • Utilize Tesseon's proven sales process to deliver outstanding results
  • Identify and assess prospective clients' needs, creating customized proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and clients
  • Attend networking events to establish relationships and develop referral partnerships

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, influence, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-oriented "hunter" mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and prospecting

Preferred

  • Experience in HCM industry (ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, etc.)
