Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience
As a Sales Consultant, youll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class experience at our Aventura showroom. Youll guide clients through their design journey, build product knowledge, and help drive sales with confidence and integrity. This role is perfect for someone with a foundation in sales or customer service whos ready to take the next step and grow within a dynamic brand.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Bring the Brand to Life Share the 7th Avenue story with confidence, highlighting the thoughtful design, versatility, and innovation of our modular collection.
- Personalize the Customer Journey Engage in 1-on-1 conversations that uncover client needs, offer tailored recommendations, and move them closer to purchase.
- Learn & Sell Through Expertise Gain deep product knowledge and space planning skills to become a trusted advisor customers can rely on.
- Build Relationships That Last Turn first-time visitors into loyal clients through consistent follow-ups, care, and a high-touch sales approach.
- Use Technology to Win Track leads, manage follow-ups, and leverage CRM tools to stay organized and drive conversions.
- Keep the Showroom Sales-Ready Take pride in maintaining a polished, inviting showroom that enhances the customer experience and supports daily sales activity.
What Youll Bring to the Team
- Some experience in sales or customer-facing roles Youve worked in retail, hospitality, or service environments and are ready to take on a more elevated, consultative sales role.
- Maximize Sales You understand the sales process and are excited to proactively engage, follow up, and close deals with support from your team.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service Youre thoughtful, attentive, and able to deliver a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
- Work Cohesively with the Team Youre responsive, collaborative, and communicate clearlyonline and in person.
- Sales & Outreach Mentality You take initiative and want to build meaningful client relationships, not just make quick sales.
- Tech-savvy and eager to grow Youre comfortable using digital tools and want to develop stronger CRM, outreach, and product knowledge skills.
- A passion for interiors and design Youre excited by furniture, design, and helping people create their dream homes.
