This sales position focuses on building relationships with customers and promoting company products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, penetrating existing accounts, and minimizing lost business to achieve profitable sales growth. Responsibilities Develop a business strategy to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Identify and qualify potential customers, and develop a plan to engage with them. Research customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Evaluate market trends and make recommendations to customers based on their business goals. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to build trust and loyalty. Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Current automobile insurance with liability coverage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional Skills Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Office. Ability to read, write, speak English.
