Role Summary
Our Enhanced Communities team to drive strategic growth through high-impact business development within multi-dwelling (MDU), multi-tenant (MTU), and master-planned communities. You’ll secure access and marketing rights that enable exclusive positioning of our wired and wireless home and business services. This mobile role combines territory-based sales with strong stakeholder engagement across property developers, owners, and builders in the San Francisco, CA or Charlotte, NC or Stamford, CT or Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements with high-value property owners and developers.
Identify and build rapport with decision-makers within residential portfolios, ranging from dozens to tens of thousands of units.
Collaborate with local Account Management and Network Engineering to assess property infrastructure and equipment placement.
Conduct needs analysis , present tailored solutions, and close deals for exclusive marketing rights.
Develop new leads through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings within territory and regional initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline reports, and contracts in sales CRM tools.
Influence buying decisions with consultative selling and a strong understanding of telecom solutions.
Interface with engineering teams to identify new construction and upgrade opportunities across target properties.
Represent Verizon’s brand and technical advantage in competitive environments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
4+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in telecommunications or tech.
Knowledge of fiber and wireless service delivery models .
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the local market .
Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM/database platforms.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience managing a sales funnel in an objective-driven environment.
Proven success in value-based consulting and stakeholder influence.
Deep knowledge of the multi-family real estate sector .
Ability to negotiate bulk contracts and cooperative marketing deals .
