What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Secure contracts with multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to expand service reach
- Initiate face-to-face customer contact with owners, builders, and developers to present wired/wireless solutions
- Conduct needs analysis to identify customer pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Manage sales database, ensuring accurate logging of communications and maintaining client relationships
- Negotiate long-term deals for cooperative marketing of services to renters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of four years of B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunications
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 75% in the local market and proficiency in Google Suite
