The WSO Group Sales Coordinator provides support to multiple WSO Group Account Directors. The Group sales team is responsible for generating $450+M in annual room revenue - this team is highly seasoned, professional, dynamic, energetic and busy.
The Group Sales Coordinator supports the sales process for the Group Sales team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Attention to detail, multi-tasking and flexibility are critical - the coordinator must be highly organized, proactive and solution oriented, with a positive, collaborative outlook.
This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, New York Worldwide Sales Office, reporting to the Senior Regional Director, Group Sales - Americas or Group Associate Director of Sales. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
What You'll Be Doing
Administrative Manage Account Directors' email, calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reports. Utilize Salesforce for customer data management, maintaining and updating customer profiles, entering sales activities and traces and entering sales leads. Provide sales reports to include graphs and charts Provide virtual customer and internal webinar support to include scheduling, recording meetings, and producing minutes. Salesforce System Administration Manage Salesforce CRM database, entering leads, contacts, activities, and traces; create and maintain customer profiles Enforce corporate database standards through monitoring all activity in Salesforce including accurate account input, booking information, use of the system Oversee system trouble shooting and problem solving Sales Support Act as primary customer contact when Account Directors are out of the office. Receive, assess and appropriately disseminate incoming requests from clients and hotels Enter sales leads with accuracy and attention to detail. Support logistics, planning and execution of regional customer events as well as internal events and meetings within the region Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports Marketing Communications Generate ad hoc email marketing campaigns using Marketo. Create and update sales presentations using Powerpoint. Conduct competitor market research Manage surveys, ROI trackers and post event recaps for customer events Who You Are

Hourly Wage Range
$32 to $35 USD
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons New York Office
