The Job
The Sales Coordinator assists in the development and execution of sales initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves coordinating sales materials, supporting campaign activities, tracking performance metrics, and providing logistical support for events, contributing to the organization’s growth and strategic objectives. You Will
Assist in the visual creation of marketing materials across all sales channels.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales/marketing team on brand initiatives & campaigns.
Assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed.
Follow all state and regulatory guidelines by adhering to sales and marketing requirements established by CMS, MIPPA and other policies and procedures implemented by Compliance Department.
Design assets such as email templates, flyers, ads, Sharepoint sites.
Support the Sales Team with ordering, keeping inventory, and fulfillment of supplies and materials.
Assist all channels in preparing for and following up on tradeshows, conferences, and other events.
Adhere to production goals and performance standards. Create comprehensive reports that provide production data and measure results of growth objectives.
Help educate all channels on tools, technology, and best practices.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client service teams as needed.

Other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed above.
2+ years’ experience with MS Office - Excel (data input, reporting, formulas), Word (creating documents, memo, spell check), and Power Point (developing presentations and marketing material).
1+ year of beginner design experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Acrobat Pro.
1+ year experience with Survey Monkey.
Project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Ability to weigh and manage expectations.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Must be able to attend public events in outdoor venues in all weather conditions.
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
