Sales Coordinator

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department, working closely with dealers to process orders accurately and efficiently while serving as a product expert.
Pay: $21-$24.50/hour (Depending on experience.)
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM (8-hour day with 30-minute lunch)
Responsibilities:
Process and configure dealer orders in the ERP system, including features, options, and pricing
Coordinate production readiness through "order card read" meetings with cross-functional teams
Maintain product examples and provide demonstrations to dealers and customers
Prepare reports to track sales trends and analyze order data
Maintain accurate records and support marketing materials and website updates
Conduct model home tours and product walkarounds as needed
Qualifications:
Business degree or equivalent experience in sales administration
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
