Supports the Business Development department by managing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making across teams. The analyst will work closely with sales and leadership teams to deliver customized reports and respond to data needs in a timely and accurate manner.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalency in a related discipline and at least two (2) years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and other data analysis/reporting tools. Ability to explain data findings clearly to leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain sales databases and reporting systems to ensure data integrity. Assist in development and implementation of individual sales strategy. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and patterns. Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to support business needs. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations. Support ad hoc data requests and create custom reports for executives and team members. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership. Explain data findings to leadership in a clear and actionable manner. Assist with forecasting and data modeling as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
