The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Data Analyst is responsible for driving revenue growth and go-to-market strategy through advanced sales analytics and Power BI solutions. Expert in transforming complex commercial and customer data into clear, actionable insights that inform product launches, campaign ROI, segmentation strategy, and executive decision-making. Highly skilled in Power BI dashboard design, DAX, SQL, and KPI development, with a proven ability to present data-driven stories to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
Analyze sales, marketing, and revenue performance to quantify the impact of product launches, events, promotions, and strategic initiatives; identify growth drivers and ROI opportunities.
Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and data models (using DAX and SQL) that provide real-time visibility into commercial performance and strategic priorities.
Define, track, and interpret key business KPIs (including CLV, CAC, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness) to guide performance optimization and decision-making.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through executive-ready reports and presentations, including regular and quarterly updates for senior leadership.
Conduct customer, product, and channel segmentation analyses to uncover expansion opportunities and inform growth and go-to-market strategies.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Education to align analytics with business objectives and ensure insights drive action.
Establish scalable analytics workflows, reporting standards, and automated data pipelines to improve data quality, efficiency, and accessibility.
Evaluate new market segments and channel opportunities by modeling revenue potential, customer overlap, and strategic fit.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales-driven organization.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of translating data into business impact.
Experience collaborating across diverse teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Education.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel required.
