What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage and grow business through consistent communication and planning with assigned retail sellers - Coach and train retail sellers on products, programs, services, and technologies to influence grower decisions - Execute strategic plans with top retail sellers, measuring and monitoring progress - Support retail sellers in meetings and coordinate with local manufacturer representatives - Record and manage all relevant account details in CRM software (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 3 years of industry or direct sales experience; or 7 years of successful work experience in industry or direct sales - Exceptional written, verbal, and formal presentation skills - Ability to coach, mentor, and lead change effectively - Solid experience using Microsoft Office products and CRM software (Salesforce) - Must have a current and valid state driver’s license
