Inside Sales Representative This role is responsible for promoting the company's products and services by developing new business, penetrating existing accounts, and minimizing lost business to achieve profitable sales growth. Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet those needs. Evaluate market trends and recommend relevant products to customers based on their business goals and objectives. Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided. Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc. to establish strong relationships and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new leads and prospects. Penetrate existing accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Minimize lost business by proactively addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Evaluate market trends and make recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B, or outside sales experience. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
